While working as a Freelancer Creative Director/Visual Designer with Hot Studio, a boutique agency recently acquired by Facebook, I helped build a native iOS and web app for uAlign, an enterprise e-learning software. Based on the concept of "microlearning", training is managed in small blocks dealing with relatively quick learning units and short-term learning activities. Repetition, challenge (quizzes) and game dynamics (your performance vs the organization) help to speed employee training and retention. During the project I developed various concepts and styles for each mobile template.
